Dessert Landscape

I have a slice of Dorset dessert on my plate.
Beneath the apple-coloured fields,
rich as folded velvet,
Jurassic layers crumble like biscuit crumbs
into chopped blueberry jelly sea.

Dorset is so delicious, I could eat it!
